Matt and I tried to take on the dauting task of making an ice cream cake together. Matt could live on just ice cream cakes alone. Juli, my sister in-law, made this fabulous ice cream cake for all of the January birthdays this year, and Matt really wanted us to make it. It turned out good, but took us a total of 5 hours to make. It was quite the process. It is supposed to be an igloo with penguins and everything, but I just decided to put some sprinkles on the top. It was fun to do it together. We literally dirtied every single dish and silverware that we had.
