The Alamo and The Children's Museum

Papa's face print & Nathan's
hand print.

Playing bubbles with Grammy.
Nathan loved the Children's Museum. There was so much to do and see. We could have spent all day there, but Nathan and I really needed a nap. It was great to have Grammy, Papa, and Aunt Norma with us. They also had a snake that you could pet, but Nathan wanted nothing to do with that.

Hide and Seek with an Ant

Today Nathan and I were outside, and he sees an ant by the garden. He says, "Bug, bug" with a little bit of concern. Then he trys to touch it with his finger, and the ant quickly disappears under the garden box. Nathan is worried and concerned that his new friend is gone. I told him that it will be back, and it is just playing hide and seek with him. Then he covers his face with his hands, and he is ready to play hide and seek. He did it several times and was disappointed when the ant did not appear. Then all of a sudden the ant appears and to his joy his friend is back. They played this game for about 10 minutes.

Getting ready for church. Nathan loves
shoes and as you can tell wants to try
on his daddy's shoe.

You can see Nathan's tool stash in the
corner. I saw him move all of those
tools to at least 3 different places in 10
minutes. He didn't want to leave a single
one.

Fixing things with his tools.

Nathan likes to come out to the couch
and sleep. One morning we found him
like this.

Must have shoes and tools.
