Checked into hospital at 3:45PM and was dilated to a 5. Walked the halls for an hour to speed up process. I started contracts at 10:30AM. My doctor broke my water at 5:45PM to speed up the process. By the time, I was dilated to an 8, I wanted to remain in bed and not walk around. Everything went so smoothly and I could not have asked for anything more. My doctor and all of the nurses were great.
I could not have had Makaylie with no epidural without my husband's help and support. He is the best husband ever.
Makaylie Jean Merrell born April 24, 2013 at 7:31PM. She weighed 9lbs 9oz and was 21 inches long. She definitely did not like her bath and she kept pulling her hair.
